Maren Blevins, LCSW, LCAC, PMP and Lindsay Potts LCSW, have over twenty years of combined clinical experience in mental health and substance use disorder treatment. We are offering a unique therapeutic experience where talk therapy is combined with walking to enhance the effectiveness and comfort of therapy. Walking is always at the discretion of the individual receiving care. We hope to be a part of your journey to wholeness. Cheryl McDermott, has a certificate in Nature Informed Therapy, and provides Forest Bathing as a group or individual experience. Forest Bathing, or "Shinrin-yoku," is a practice that involves immersing oneself in nature to promote relaxation, rejuvenation, and overall well-being. Unlike a typical hike, forest bathing focuses on slow, mindful walks, allowing you to fully engage your senses and connect with the natural environment.
