“Though no one can go back and make a brand new start, anyone can start from now and make a brand new beginning” – Carl Bard. With a belief that our inner obstacles create our outer obstacles, the goal of my practice is to help you to understand and remove those obstacles from your life. I will be there to support you as we work together to understand the relationship that you have with yourself as well as the relationship patterns that you have with other people. It is my hope that I can help you with self-discovery, self-awareness, and self-love. My broad and unique base of clinical experience and education has allowed me to support young people, adults of all ages, couples, and families at various stages of their mental health journeys. I have extensive experience working with those dealing with ADHD, Anxiety, Attachment Issues, Body Image Issues, Complex PTSD, Depression, Grief and Loss, Infertility Issues, OCD, PTSD, Relationship Issues, Support with Gender Identity Issues, and Support with Sexual Identity Issues. In my practice, working with young people is a collaborative process involving the family as much as possible to ensure that the child is supported during treatment. My selection of treatment modality is dependent upon each client’s needs and strengths and draws from experience using modalities such as acceptance and commitment therapy, attachment therapy, client-centered therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, EMDR, mindfulness-based therapy, psychodynamic therapy, and psychoeducational techniques. My main focus is to create a safe space of comfort for you to be able to share the feelings of your heart during our sessions. I have a Masters Degree in Clinical and Counseling Psychology with a Trauma Studies Concentration from Chestnut Hill University. I have a License as a Professional Counselor in the state of Pennsylvania. Asking for help is the first step! Thank you for choosing me on this stage of your mental health journey!
