Introduction

am a culturally sensitive licensed clinical psychologist who has been providing both psychotherapy and psychological assessment services in the Bay Area for 16 years. I received a masters of arts and doctoral degree in clinical psychology with a child and family emphasis from the California School of Professional Psychology, San Francisco Bay Campus. Prior to completing my doctorate, I attended the University of San Francisco and received a bachelor’s degree in psychology. I previously worked as psychological assessments and neuropsychological assessments as a licensed staff psychologist at Children's Health Council in Palo Alto from June 2015-June 2022. Prior to my work with Children's Health Council, I worked as a licensed staff psychologist and assessment specialist at WestCoast Children’s Clinic in Oakland. During my almost six years at WestCoast Children's Clinic, I provided psychodiagnostic and neuropsychological assessments to children and youth in Alameda and San Francisco counties. I also supervised students who are learning how to conduct psychological assessments at the American School of Professional Psychology at Argosy University. I completed my pre-doctoral internships at La Familia Counseling Services in Hayward and at Asian Community Mental Health Services in Oakland. I completed my post-doctoral residency at WestCoast Children's Clinic. Prior to my internships and residency, I worked with children, adolescents, and adults in community mental health agencies and school based programs both in San Francisco and the East Bay. My work experience includes two years at OMI Family Center in San Francisco where I worked with adults, adolescents and children struggling with severe mental illness. I have worked with culturally and ethnically diverse populations and I am able to provide therapeutic services in both English and Tagalog.
