I provide individual counseling for adults ages eighteen and older. I am a supportive, non-judgmental therapist with years of clinical experience. Some of my specialty areas include perinatal mood disorders, trauma, life transitions, relationship issues, depression, and anxiety. My job is to provide guidance and ride along with you on your journey to finding answers. My philosophy is that healing happens when you have a safe place to reflect and a reassuring person joining you on your path. My work is strengths based and client-centered. I frequently utilize Dialectical Behavior therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Cognitive Behavioral therapy (CBT) to help clients reach their goals. Mindfulness is incorporated in my work often and I encourage people to be intentionally present in their own lives.
