Welcome! Life can be overwhelming, but you don’t have to face it alone. I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, and stress, offering a safe and supportive space to heal and grow. I also specialize in working with neurodiverse clients including those with ADHD and Autism using a strength-based and affirming approach that honors each person’s unique brain and experience. As a certified PEERS provider by UCLA, I offer evidence-based social skills training to help teens and young adults improve communication, build meaningful relationships, and feel more confident socially.
