I'm Bilingual and bicultural, I speak English and Spanish to support individuals, couples, and families through professional therapy, counseling, and life coaching. I Assist people in coping with difficulties and emotional issues that affect their daily lives. I'm using techniques and appropriate methodology according to the patient’s needs. Practical strategies for helping others with Stress, Anxiety, Depression, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, Relational or marital problems, Grief, Life Stressors, Adjustment Disorders, etc. I'm Using CBT, TF-CBT, and EMDR models. I use a Telehealth Platform, and I'm available Monday through Thursday. I'm in the network for some medical insurance and use other methods or ways to help clients.
