I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 15 years of experience working with teens and adults. Most of the people I work with struggle with anxiety, depression as well as general life stressors. I believe that a person is greatly effected by their environment. People have an innate drive to do better, to want better and to be better. Sometimes this drive gets blocked by life changes, stress, transitions, negative energy and/or relationships with others. I hope to help people become a better version of themselves. Most of the techniques I use are based on mindfulness cognitive behavioral theory, however, I pride myself on meeting each person where they are at in the moment.
