Introduction

I became a therapist because I’m passionate about helping others heal, integrate their experiences, and reconnect with their authentic selves. My clients describe me as deeply inquisitive, empowering, attuned, open-minded and compassionate—blending warmth, creativity, and depth to foster healing and self-discovery. I blend somatic, creative, and neuroscience-based therapies to help clients process trauma, regulate emotions, and integrate all parts of themselves—moving from survival to deep self-connection, resilience, and authentic embodiment. I am trained in EMDR, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy Level 1 (currently in level 2), hold a certificate in Somatic Parts Work (Level 1-3), and completed my 500 hour yoga training. I specialize in working with people healing from developmental and relational trauma, struggling with emotional regulation, or navigating life transitions. Together, we will create a safe, attuned space to process trauma, regulate emotions, and explore your inner world. Through somatic, expressive, and neuroscience-based therapies, we’ll uncover patterns, strengthen resilience, and support your journey.
