Introduction

I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor-Associate practicing under the supervision of Adriana V. Sanders, LPC-S. I specialized in working with individuals who are navigating stress, emotional overwhelm, trauma, or identity struggles, connected to cultural or family dynamics. I worked with individuals who are neurodivergent with low support needs or are parenting a child who is neurodivergent. I support individuals by establishing safety and support as they work toward emotional regulation, healthy relationships, and personal growth. I offer bilingual (English/Spanish) trauma-informed therapy grounded in EMDR, attachment, and neuro-affirming care. My specialty is working with adults to build connection, self-awareness, and healing. You don't have to carry it all on your own.
