I specialize in addiction and utilize those principles to address issues relating to anxiety, depression and stress. Most would say they do not have an addiction issue, however, we can become addicted to negative thoughts established over time, almost like an addiction. We can't help but feel hopeless, overwhelmed, incapable, etc because it's a pattern we've allowed ourselves to believe, therefore becoming a habit - becoming an addiction.
