I am experienced in helping clients with a variety of life challenges including anxiety, depression, ADHD, gender identity, trauma, grief, and anger management. I specialize in working with teens and young adults in the LGBTQIA community, neurodivergent individuals, health care workers, and veterans. In addition, I have training in veterinary social work, which includes working with veterinarians and animal rescue workers, as well as addressing issues surrounding pet loss and grief. My aim as a therapist is to create a space for clients to feel safe, seen, and heard, where we can work together to achieve goals using a collaborative, client-centered approach. If you are feeling overwhelmed and unsure of yourself, or are struggling with anxiety, depression, or grief, it’s important to know you’re not alone, and that asking for help is the first step to healing. If you are interested in learning more, please reach out today so we can discuss how we can work together.
