Instead, my approach is more direct as I assist you in actively walking out your journey as you step into your preferred future. I am committed to working deeply, yet gently with your life story and issues, while understanding the beauty and brokenness in your unique story. I am offering you the support you deserve to overcome life’s challenges and to create a life of joy, satisfaction and abundance. I work with clients experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, self-worth, life transitions, stress, relationship/marital concerns as well as many other issues. I am trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), which is a bilateral technique birthed out of the EMDR therapy modality. I continue to attend and participate in Advanced Experiential Trauma training to enhance my work with my clients.
