Life presents challenges that can feel overwhelming and painful. You may need help moving through anxiety, depression, relational struggles, or loss. My approach is compassionate, authentic, and non-judgmental. I will join you to explore, recognize, and magnify your strengths to create positive and lasting change. I believe in the value of healthy, supportive relationships for ideal individual, couple and family functioning. Specializing in couples therapy, I use my advanced training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to strengthen connections and heal from relational pain. I am especially passionate about helping clients through divorce adjustment, remarriage and stepfamilies. With a trauma-informed approach, I understand the emotional, social, and physical impact of trauma on individuals’ life experiences and relationships. I am trained in EMDR to facilitate healing from adverse experiences in a safe, compassionate environment.
