Introduction

Choosing the right therapist can be a challenging task. My practice is designed to provide an atmosphere of trust, support, and caring to facilitate self-understanding and healing. I work with adolescents, adults, and families and employ an eclectic treatment approach tailored to the needs and histories of each individual. Areas of specialty include trauma, relationship difficulties, family counseling, anxiety, grief therapy, and depression. In addition, I also provide psychotherapy and relapse prevention to chemically dependent individuals and their families; as well as substance abuse assessments when necessary. I personalize treatment plans for each client. I help clients identify their goals and develop the skills needed to achieve them.
