If you’re struggling with difficult or broken relationships, including the one with yourself, I can help you learn tools and skills for navigating the confusion and painful feelings to arrive on a clear path forward. Fritz Perls, notable psychotherapist, said, "Fear is excitement without breath." Within the validating and open space of the counseling relationship, fear and resistance can give way to excitement and hope. Serving as a guide in this process is an honor for me. I love helping reintroduce people to themselves as they remember the longings, desires, and feelings that have been forgotten and pushed away for decades. I believe in the effectiveness of melding talk therapy with experiential therapies. My specialties are codependency, relationship enrichment, rebuilding after divorce, and midlife transitions. There is nothing more exciting to me than seeing a person become clear and empowered to live fully the life that they want.
