It is very easy to be overwhelmed by stressors when you do not have the tools to manage them. Many people never had the opportunity to learn how to understand their emotions, manage distressing situations or communicate their needs to others. Without the necessary tools even a small task can feel almost impossible. My goal is to provide you with a safe and non-judgemental environment where we can work together to help you gain the tools and confidence you need to navigate your life more effectively. My specialty is working with individuals with depression, anxiety, PTSD and borderline personality disorder tendencies. I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness techniques and EMDR. My style is flexible as I understand the importance of meeting each person where they are in the present moment. I am currently offering individual therapy sessions and clinical supervision to individuals working towards social work licensure. I will be offering couples therapy sessions and group therapy sessions in the future. My availability is not listed for new clients.
