I have thirteen years of experience in working with teens and families experiencing challenges. I utilize multiple therapeutic modalities in my practice to address the unique needs of my clients. Some of the modalities in which I am trained or regularly use in therapy are: CBT, DBT, EMDR, & CPS. I am trained to address sexually harmful behaviors. I want to work with my clients in a way that feels supportive, non- judgmental, and will ultimately help them work towards a healthier and happier version of themselves.
