Introduction

Time is our most valuable commodity. I work with individuals and couples to support them in making growth choices. This greatly enhances their time wherever it is spent, such as in relationships, career, with family, or enjoying hobbies and recreation. I use evidence based methods informed by positive psychology with a focus on habits and behavior to deliver coaching programs in career testing and development, executive leadership, and personal development and fulfillment. For self-employed individuals it is tax-deductible. In some cases, career testing and career counseling can be covered by insurance. All career coaching and development programs are informed by future outlooks involving automation such as A.I. and Robotics that are projected to affect many industries. Career is the second most important decision in our lives, and my career testing and counseling has helped students, adults and retirees feel confident in this decision. Dr. Marina Caldwell is a licensed psychologist. She graduated summa cum laude from Touro University with a Psy.D. in Human and Organizational Psychology, and has completed Postdoctoral training in executive coaching, personal development and fulfillment coaching and career testing and counseling as well as psychodynamic, attachment, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and Brainspotting psychotherapy techniques. You can learn more about her work on her blog at www.MarinaCaldwell.com. Associates: Sandra F. Teniente is a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor. She earned her undergraduate degrees in Psychology and Criminal Justice from Texas A&M – Kingsville and received her Master’s Degree in Counseling with a Specialty in Community Counseling from the University of Texas at San Antonio.
