My clients are individuals who’ve spent much of their lives striving for love or approval from emotionally unavailable or reactive people. They’re often feeling depleted from managing others’ moods, questioning their worth, or second-guessing their own needs. Many have experienced challenging relational dynamics or are navigating significant life transitions—such as moving, starting a new career, or adjusting to shifting roles—and want to break old patterns. Whether in individual or couples therapy, their goal is to understand how past experiences shape their patterns and to show up for themselves with compassion. I tailor therapy using psychodynamic, cognitive, solution-focused, and relational approaches. I have a focus on working with all ages exploring identity and anxiety (including OCD), as well as the quality of relationship dynamics. I aim to support them through insight-building, nervous system regulation, and relational healing. You may feel tired of always being the one to keep the peace or hold it all together. If you’ve been shaped by difficult relationships, life transitions, or ongoing challenges, you deserve support that honors your experience and fosters healing in mind and body. Therapy can offer relief, connection, and real change. Let’s work together, when you feel ready.
