As a family-focused therapist, my goal is to support and foster a positive relationship within family systems and find ways to make different types of relational connection. In addition, I like to use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques to provide a safe space to process thoughts and feelings. I adapt to each person's needs and apply different therapeutic techniques in order to meet a person where they are at in their process.
