Introduction

If you are feeling dissatisfied in your relationships or if you are feeling stuck adjusting to changes, we will work together to find hope in your life and growth towards your goals. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I provide a safe and respectful space for you to freely share your thoughts and feelings. I seek to be trauma-informed and culturally responsive and welcome couples, families and individuals from all backgrounds and stages of healing. We will identify the strengths of your identity, personality and community to help you experience the solutions and changes you are seeking. I specialize in working with couples, families and individuals going through life stage changes, adjusting to one or more diagnoses, coping with mood disorders such as anxiety or depression and healing from trauma. I have completed Level 2 training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy and am trained to administer the Prepare/Enrich premarital couples inventory. Participating in therapy is a brave process.
