Introduction

I am a licensed marriage and family therapist who is passionate about the process of healing and transformation. Specializing in the treatment of trauma, substance use, & mood disorders, we will navigate the complexities of your experience with sensitivity, curiosity, & optimism. My practice is rooted in a deep understanding of the intricate interplay between trauma, relationships, and the transformative power of the therapeutic alliance. With humility, respect, and empathy, I strive to create a safe and collaborative space where clients feel empowered to explore their experiences and embark on a journey of self-discovery. We will collaboratively seek to understand the roots of your symptoms to increase insight towards change. My therapeutic approach is integrative and anchored in trauma-informed methodologies, including the use attachment-based interventions, psychodynamic theory, and the practice of EMDR to address a complex range of clinical issues. In my practice, you are not just a client; you are a unique story which seeks witnessing, understanding, growth, and healing. Together, we will navigate the complexities of your experience to uncover your strength and innate ability to emerge into a more authentic lived experience.
