Therapy is a personal journey to find perspective and clarity to our ideas. When we have experienced difficulties it is helpful to have someone guide you to understand what it means to overcome and learn. My path as a therapist has been built through experience working with children, adolescents, and adults . I have worked with clients who have experienced trauma, grief, depression and anxiety primarily. Working with different populations has helped me broaden the view of therapy as a very unique journey for each person. Once the person is ready to begin that journey and face their challenges, it can become a rich and positive experience of personal growth. The therapeutic experience will explore different aspects of life and the therapist will be available guide you through your journey. En el proceso terapéutico la persona tiene la oportunidad de buscar una perspectiva diferente y encontrar claridad hacia su vida. Cuando hemos pasado por dificultades en nuestra vida, es importante tener a alguien que te ayude a guiarte y a entender el valor de aprender y seguir adelante. Como terapeuta, he tenido la oportunidad de trabajar con todas las edades y enfocarme en trauma, perdidas, depresión , ansiedad entre otros.
