I always wanted to be a doctor but learned in college they don't talk to their patients much. I switched to psychology with an emphasis on counseling and have loved it since . I enjoy helping people and seeing them help themselves . I was raised a child of a military service member and had to learn how to adapt with every move. I have lived in 4 states and 2 countries as a result of my dads job. Learning to adapt and find the best balance with every move became second nature . When starting I like to look at the whole picture with a summary of the past. I do not do trauma work without a good level of coping skills, and will happily work with you to find the coping skills best for you . I am licensed in Florida and Texas . Below are some of the insurances I am in network with . If you dont see your own feel free to ask me for more information.
