Accepting new Aetna clients! I am a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Associate Counselor, currently working at South Collective Counseling as a per-diem counselor. I earned my master's degree in School Counseling from Seton Hall University in 2016, equipping me with the knowledge and skills to make a meaningful impact in the lives of my students. In 2022, I furthered my expertise by successfully completing an Advanced Counseling Certificate program at Montclair State University, enhancing my ability to provide comprehensive care. I am driven by my passion for helping individuals become the best versions of themselves. Building rapport is very important to me. I achieve this through a client-centered approach that emphasizes empowerment. I combine Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques with Person-Centered Therapy to meet my clients where they are on their journey and guide them towards achieving their personal goals. One of my distinctive areas of interest and expertise is grief counseling. I have not only provided individual counseling in this area but have also actively engaged in group therapy sessions and teaching related to grief.
