Introduction

Marla specializes working with individuals, families, couples, and groups. She works with teens, emerging adults, and adults. Marla takes a humanistic approach to therapy helping clients assume personal responsibility, set and maintain healthy boundaries, and increase their ability to appropriately communicate. With these things in mind she works best around relationship patterns, couples issues, perfectionism, self-esteem, religious Trauma, faith transitions, sexual health, sexual behavior, and shame. Adults & Teens: Relationship patterns, couples issues, perfectionism, self-esteem, religious Trauma, faith transitions, sexual health, sexual behavior, and shame. Shame goes hand in hand with most of the above challenges and is usually the base work we will start with to begin building a content life. Life can be a struggle, and it need not be "this hard". If a tattooed, swearing human that views you within your system could help you find a new level of contentment with life, call or text to see if I could be a good fit to help you fight your fight.
