I have been a Therapist for over 14 years and I believe in meeting my clients where they are and letting them guide the direction of their journey. I understand it can be hard to ask for help, and at times, even know where to begin, but we will work together to improve life satisfaction. I want to help those overcome barriers, making successful life transitions and improvements in lasting relationships. I offer a judgement free, safe space, to explore concerns, issues, goals and questions. By setting goals you will be able to see the progress you have made along your journey. During our initial sessions, we will delve deeply into the issues at hand, and collaborate to create a plan for addressing them in a way that helps you get your life back. Most of my clients see a gradual lifting of symptoms within the first month and sustained improvement thereafter.
