Mindfulness-based Psychotherapy and EMDR (see more about psychotherapy approach below - click on "Client Portal" at the bottom to request an initial session) Integrated Listening (Safe and Sound Protocol) Facilitation to support the nervous system, sensory processing and calm focus for adults (click "Client Portal" at the bottom of this page to schedule a 30 minute free consultation) For questions about my services or availability please contact me at: marthadabruzzolcsw@gmail.com OR SCROLL TO THE BOTTOM OF THIS PAGE TO "Client Portal" to request a free video consultation My approach to therapy is based in relational and family systems theory as well as mindfulness-based philosophy and practice. I take a trauma sensitive approach with an awareness that many of us moved through challenges in ways that leave us and our nervous system's burdened and limited. I have chosen to train in the methods which resonate most with my style of practice and have been researched to have positive outcomes for the reduction of PTSD, Insomnia, Mood, Anxiety, Depression and ADHD symptoms in adults. I am also a Safe and Sound Protocol Facilitator and a Yoga Nidra Meditation teacher. As a social worker, I recognize the importance of being informed as well as exercising humility in relationship to social injustice, discrimination and oppression as it impacts individual, family and community well-being. I am an ally to and LGBTQ affirming. I have a training and experience in family and relational systems therapy, body-psychotherapy therapy, cognitive-behavioral, dialectical-behavioral, EMDR, mindfulness-based and trauma-informed meditation and movement therapy. Together we can explore your goals and make a plan to work to restore your inner balance.
