Introduction

I guide individuals who are struggling with anxiety, depression, typically rooted in trauma or sometimes individuals who are lost unable to identify what is going on. We first must identify and treat the root of the problem so that it is no longer posing a barrier to you're living the life you want. As this process can create a lot of stress, my initial focus will be to build internal resilience so that you can manage distress as it arises.
