Introduction

Is life starting to feel like a daily fight against yourself? Are you constantly shaming yourself for who you are, what you feel, and what you're struggling to change? Maybe you're grappling with your self-worth, grief, anxiety, or trauma. Maybe it's the lingering pain of old, unresolved wounds. Whatever the issue may be, I know when you're struggling with something, it can impact everything. Even so, you don't have to go through it alone. Together we'll explore your story and make sense of your experience so we can figure out what you need to experience growth, healing, and change. My approach is collaborative, holistic, affirming, and compassionate. I aim to empower you by pulling from your strengths, building your resilience, and teaching you practical coping and regulation skills so you can trust yourself to manage life's challenges. My goal is our time together helps you move forward so you can live a life with meaning and hope. I know this work can be hard and it takes commitment, but I believe real change can happen when you keep showing up for yourself and when you know there's someone who will keep showing up for you.
