She has experience working with children, teens, and adults, couples, and families. Mary Beth offers a variety of approaches and techniques tailored for each person’s specialized needs such as: person-centered approach, positive psychology, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and mindfulness-based techniques. She has also completed advanced training in yoga for emotional health and healing. Sometimes life gets hard, and it can feel overwhelming, lonely, or even pointless. But there's someone who can help when it feels like things are falling apart: a therapist. Mary Beth is experienced assisting clients through the healing of anxiety, depression, grief, relationship issues, stages of life challenges, self-esteem issues, substance abuse, and trauma. She also offers faith-based counseling to those interested. She strives to be empathetic, compassionate, and nonjudgmental, so that she can create an environment that facilitates growth and change in her client’s life.
