Introduction
Hi, I am Mary Corelli with Earth Mind Therapy. Whether you are looking for help with mental heath, with life stressors, or with crisis- for you or your child- I will accept and support you. I work with people from all spectrums of identity- gender, sexuality, race, religion, and socioeconomic status. I work with children from the age of 3 and up, and I work with teens and adults. I have experience working with mild to severe trauma. I am a certified mindfulness teacher and I use these practices to help people access their intuition and build their nervous system regulation capacity- even children. I also help my clients use the Earth as a metaphor and support for their personal growth. Deep listening and skillful use of tools help me support you in your unique process of being human. My goal is that you will feel validated and heard. When we feel safe enough, we can often find the strength to face our difficulties and transform them in the direction of healing. I believe that people can grow throughout all of life, through joy and hardship, to become more authentic and free from suffering.
