Mary Grace is a Licensed Professional Counseling Associate. She received her education in clinical mental health counseling from a Christian perspective from Divine Mercy University. At Full of Grace Counseling, Mary Grace works with teens and adults struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and grief. Being a mother of two, Mary Grace loves to work with moms and caregivers feeling overwhelmed. Additionally, Mary Grace has a tenderness for working with individuals dealing with family-of-origin issues. Mary Grace uses trauma-informed psychotherapy to address issues in counseling and takes a holistic perspective to Mental Health counseling. She takes into account the several aspects that go into the flourishing of the human person including spiritual emotional, mental, and physical. Mary Grace believes that change and freedom come through understanding the issue, and noticing what the body and mind need to process and heal. Mary Grace seeks to provide a safe place for her clients to embrace where they are in the present moment fully. Outside of the office, Mary Grace enjoys baking sourdough bread, trying new recipes, going to new restaurants or coffee shops with her Husband, Bradford, or going on a fun family outing with her two young kids (Ford and Gianna).
