Introduction

Beginning therapy can be a difficult first step, but it often leads to important insights and tremendous personal growth. Therapy is not a one size fits all model. Our integrative approach ensures you will receive the treatment plan that is right for you. Whether you're looking to address issues from the past or current life challenges, you don't have to do it alone. Our goal is to create a safe and warm therapeutic environment. Not only have our therapists spent years training in the field, but most of them have also been through this process themselves - which means we know what it's like. Both how hard it is, but also how rewarding it can be. We are currently offering weekly virtual appointments. Our office is located near Farragut North and BLM plaza. In addition to being walking distance to the Red Line Metro, there is limited street parking and parking garages available. Please don't hesitate to email or send a message through this website if you have any questions about beginning therapy, our style, or rates. We look forward to sharing this journey with you.
