Introduction

I have been in clinical practice since 1988. I spent my first 12 years at an outpatient Mental Health Center where I worked with a variety of people with chronic and acute mental and behavioral health problems. I started my private practice as Behavioral Health in 2000. I practice in my home town, so I am familiar with many of the resources and area service providers, which I feel is helpful in providing not only therapy services but also connections to other areas of need for clients. I use a cognitive behavioral solution focused approach to help people to feel better. I work with all ages individually, and with couples and families. I take many insurances and work with many Employee Assistance Programs. My hours are flexible to fit people's schedules.
