Introduction

Are you feeling overwhelmed? Are you feeling out of control of your life? Do you feel like you want to escape from everything? Life has a way of doing this sometimes. Anxiety, depression and other mental health conditions can significantly impact our ability to manage day to day life. It can affect our relationships with the people we love most. Sometimes, no matter what we do to make things better it can feel like there's no relief. Having the right support, developing skills to effectively handle stressors and learning ways to stay anchored can help you begin to take steps in the direction you have been trying to go. I work with people from many walks of life to get re-centered and back on track. I focus on developing strategies to take care of one self, creating goals and evaluating barriers that get in the way. I work with people to evaluate limiting beliefs and heal from past trauma. I understand that starting therapy can be difficult and can feel scary at first. It can also seem impossible to add to an already overwhelming schedule. The goal is to help alleviate these fears and discomforts and create space where you can take care of you. Taking care of you first is the best gift you can give to your loved ones around you.
