Many people see therapy as a one-sided conversation with little opportunity for interaction. I can tell you that is not my approach. I believe that you can navigate the challenges and changes life could bring. My focus is on positive transformations and addressing many issues and concerns like parenthood, marital difficulties, anxiety, panic attacks, depression, behavior, trauma, PTSD, and other disturbances in family relationships. I work with my clients through a systemic lens and provide a non-judgmental, safe space for my clients to come to share their stories. I do take a collaborative approach to therapy, but I do believe there is more than one way of doing things, so I also work with my clients in a narrative approach too.
