Introduction

Hey Sis! You’re here! And that must mean you’re ready to start your therapeutic journey. Have you been feeling confused while trying to navigate through everyday life, parenthood, and/or relationships? Are you tired of being the strong friend and need a safe space to process/unpack? Do you feel restricted to the therapist in your area code? If you checked any of these boxes, I’m here to help. I am passionate about working with survivors of sexual trauma, domestic violence, and those seeking to overcome anxiety. Together we can start your journey to balance those scales, overcome negative self-talk and deal with your past at your pace. THE CLIENT PORTAL: I provide telehealth therapy via the HIPAA-compliant portal. This portal ensures that our sessions are conducted through secure encryption, and also HIPAA-compliant. Your session is secure and protected all while allowing you to be in a space that is comfortable for you. Show up in your favorite pajamas, wrapped in your comfy blanket, with your favorite tea or in bed surrounded by all your pillows, and with the support of your fur baby. Remember this is YOUR journey. THERAPEUTIC FEES: I’m currently in network with several insurance providers, I also accept private pay, HSA, and Loveland vouchers. Sessions may be billed in full automatically up to 24 hours before the time of service to the credit or debit card on file. Cancellations not made via a secure portal, text, or telephone 24 hours in advance of the scheduled session will be billed as a $75 cancellation fee to the credit or debit card on file and may risk the ability to schedule future appointments. AVAILABILITY: Please click the calendar to check my availability. I offer sessions after 5pm on some weekdays and Saturday sessions are availability. Feel free to message me if there is a time that works best for you, but isn’t open. I also offer clinical assessments. These services are billed at a different rates. Please email me to inquire. And I get it, sometimes your schedule is busy and your budget is tight BUT you still need a healthy space to process your emotions. I hear you, that's why Eclectic Clinical Solutions also offers mini-sessions. These 25-minute sessions can be conducted via telephone or video and are perfect for your busy lifestyle. FREE CONSULTATION: Finding a good match is an important part of your journey. I encourage potential new clients to schedule a free 10-minute consultation/introductory session. This allows us the space to ask and answer questions so that I can assess how to best assist you on your therapeutic journey. Therapy Is A Journey: There is no one size fits all approach to therapy. I believe in utilizing an eclectic approach, so that your therapeutic journey is as unique as you are. I am LGBTQ+ informed, friendly, and an ally. Healing isn’t pretty, easy, or quick, but the outcome is beautiful. So let’s get started!
