Introduction

My name is Mary Sanchez and I have 30 years of experience working with diverse populations. I specialize in working with women and teen girls who have experienced trauma, anxiety or are struggling with life transition. I use EMDR, hypnotherapy, mindfulness and DBT skills to assist people in creating their best life. I think outside the box and use spirit animals, nature, drumming and spirituality as resources for clients healing journey. My specialties are women's issues, trauma, anxiety, LGBTQ issues and addictions. I use: Cognitive Behavioral, Brief Person Centered, EMDR, Hypnosis, Mindfulness and DBT skill building. I believe in a holistic approach and encourage healing of mind, body and spirit. I will provide a safe judgement free environment. I come from a place of personal truth and authenticity and have been told I am easy to work with.
