Introduction

Are you trying your hardest to make it seem like everything is okay when in reality you’re struggling in some way? Whether it’s recent difficulties that you need support in navigating or something from your past that you need to process through, counseling can help. When the supports or coping skills you’ve always leaned on just aren’t working anymore, it’s time to step into therapy. Or, if you’d like to prevent getting to a place of burnout, let’s start this collaborative process together. Maryann holds a Bachelor's degree from Rutgers University The State University of New Jersey and a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Concordia University Chicago. She’s a mom, a football fan, loves musical theater, and is grateful to help others find healing through counseling.
