I am a licensed bilingual psychologist with 15 years of experience committed to providing compassionate and high-quality services to help you with life’s challenges. Together, we will work on strategies that allow you to address the root causes of your difficulties, develop healthy coping skills, build meaningful social connections, and discover the path to restoration and growth. I provide individual and family therapy to clients for a variety of concerns including: anxiety, depression, ADHD, anger, grief/trauma, adjusting to life changes, occupational stress, postpartum depression, as well as family/parenting challenges. I've worked with children, adolescents, and adults in various mental health settings. My treatment approach is strength-based and integrative. It often draws on cognitive-behavioral, solution-focused, dialectical behavioral therapy, as well as interpersonal and systems theory. I believe that treatment plans should be flexible and tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual and family. I view therapy as a collaborative process that enables clients to gain perspective on their emotions, beliefs, relationships, and behaviors. My goal is to provide a warm and accepting environment that you can work towards creating a more meaningful and fulfilling life. I help my clients in becoming experts about themselves through education, insight building, and development of healthy coping and communication skills. My clinical services have extended to clients with all types of concerns and from various ages, cultural, and ethnic backgrounds.
