Introduction

I wanted to say that I started out working as a social worker, working with at-risk populations and conditions. So I have a lot of experience with trauma and also ways to address trauma and to help people in general. I consider myself a trauma therapist using various approaches including CBT,MBCT, DBT, and ACT to arrest and maintain mental well-being. I look forward to working with you and watching you overcome the many challenges that you are facing.
