Introduction

I am an Illinois licensed clinical psychologist providing individual therapy for adults who are navigating through various challenges, seeking insight, or looking for meaningful change. My approach is rooted in evidence-based psychological practices and shaped by a thoughtful respect for each person’s values, experiences, and beliefs. I focus a lot of my work on helping individuals experiencing a wide range of difficulties. I have a particular interest in helping individuals who contend with symptoms of obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), especially when it is marked by scrupulosity as well as religious and moral themes. When clients are interested, I incorporate elements of Catholic Christian theology and philosophy with the science of psychology. I work with individuals from all backgrounds and with diverse worldviews—including those who prefer a strictly clinical focus.
