Introduction

I work with those struggling with anger, anxiety, depression, with experience in domestic violence. I work along side those who want to understand the source of their issues and how to challenge them from within to become empowered and take control of what they are struggling with. I can help by developing an understanding of how our thoughts have a large influence on our behaviors and emotions. We will work together to challenge the thoughts that have developed through the events that have occurred in life to take control over how we feel. If you have struggled with anxiety, depression or anger, please reach out and allow me to assist you in building confidence and empowering yourself to gain the control over your emotions and thoughts.
