Introduction

I work with individuals and couples to create deep and lasting change, and heal emotional wounds. I join with clients to help you get unstuck, so you can stop repeating cycles and patterns of negative emotion, self-sabotage and conflict. I will listen so that you feel seen, heard, valued and understood, then I will guide you to take insight into experience by processing stuck emotional pain and healing old emotional wounds through embodied experience in the session. This will enable you to advance in life and deepen your relationships. I offer hope and fellowship and my sincere regard for the emergence of your authentic self. I use evidence based, experiential and relational models based on Attachment Theory, like AEDP, IFS, EFT and EMDR to get "beneath the story" to the emotions, where we can process the felt experience in the session, healing "emotional pain bodies" that are too young or too hurt for logical explanations. Please reach out with any questions about your situation and how we might work together, or about insurance. Our conversation is a "compassionate inquiry" into the nature of your trouble, the experience of it in your life, in your mind, in your body, and its origins, as well as the path forward.
