Introduction

You did it! You took the first step towards creating something different for your life. Asking for help can be the hardest and the most rewarding step to take. Make the call and take advantage of my free consult. Are you ready for change? I have proven strategies and techniques to keep you in your life and making the changes that you want. At Courage to Change we will face change together. Let's talk! Check out my website to schedule a session. Looking forward to hearing from you. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and a Licensed Addictions Counselor (LAC). I have been working in mental health and counseling in various clinical settings for over 13 years. I am trained in evidence based models and uniquely qualified to work with working class adults that are serious about making changes. I specialize in working with addiction problems, relationship issues, anxiety, depression and PTSD. I believe that to embrace change is to embrace life. I also consult and support families and friends that have a suffering loved one and don't know what to do.
