Introduction

My clients say they are relieved to have someone who understands them with ZERO judgment and guides them to improve the way they see, feel, live, and act. Are you extremely successful/advanced in certain areas and lacking in others? Do you feel powerless or hopeless? I get it. My primary client is advanced in many parts of their life but struggling in others; from strategic academic/career planning, to relationship management, family issues, and personal/professional challenges, I help individuals, couples, and families find their own greatest inner strength and an even greater quality of life. I offer concierge approach to psychotherapy to attend & attune to the needs of the extremely time-limited individuals and their families. I integrate a psychodynamic, CBT, and narrative approach to help individuals and families find their power, cope, share resources, and make adjustments to live highly successful, functional lives in both short/long term.
