Introduction

I am a licensed clinical psychologist who specializes in Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT), a form of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and comprehensive psychological evaluations. My goal as a therapist is to provide a safe and compassionate environment where you can recognize your potential and live a meaningful life. I use evidenced-based therapy that focuses on the dynamics that impact your daily experience. We look for the behaviors, attitudes, and patterns that protected you in the past but no longer serve a purpose. Many clients who meet with me are struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, relationship difficulties, life transitions, and sports performance issues.
