Introduction

Hello and welcome! I’m Steph, a licensed professional counselor deeply committed to supporting individuals on their journey to well-being. With years of experience working in diverse indoor and outdoor environments, I’ve had the privilege of serving people from all walks of life. My practice is centered on helping individuals facing challenges such as psychosis, depression, anxiety, and long-term post-traumatic stress. My therapeutic approach incorporates various modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and Cognitive Adaptation Training (CAT). These evidence-based techniques empower my clients to navigate their struggles and become the successful, fulfilled individuals they envision. In our sessions, we’ll work collaboratively to identify the issues at hand, explore safe starting points, and set achievable goals for growth. My approach is rooted in understanding how thoughts and feelings impact behavior, and I believe that, over time, this work leads to meaningful progress and lasting relief. Through CPT, we address trauma and identify “stuck points”—the barriers preventing healing—helping clients move forward with resilience. Whether you’re dealing with depression, trauma related to relationships or family, or simply looking for guidance, I’m here to help. Let’s work together to create a present and future that aligns with your goals. Reach out in any way you’re comfortable—I look forward to supporting you on this path.
