I think a lot about how our relationships shape our lives. This includes relationships with partners, family, friends, and, most importantly, our selves. I provide a safe, open, and empathetic space for those I work with to connect with their most authentic selves as they grow, heal, and thrive. I enjoy working with clients from all walks of life who are dealing with anxiety, depression, addiction, and a variety of other life challenges. I work with individuals, couples, and families seeking to identify obstacles, set goals, and create meaningful change in their lives. I lean toward an integrative, psychodynamic approach to therapy and incorporate attachment-based theories, mindfulness practices, and Internal Family Systems in my work with clients. My instincts steer toward Eastern approaches to help you through crisis and a variety of mental health challenges. I am also eager to dig deeper as you approach and overcome challenges from the perspective that feels most natural to you. I’m currently completing a Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy at Trevecca Nazarene University. In working with clients, I draw on a unique background of professional and life experience. I have been a woodworker, editor, and business owner for 20+ years. When not spending time with clients, I enjoy working on our small family farm with my wife and children
